During meditation sessions and initiations, I energetically, visually and vocally guide you, to ignite your intention led missions & really feel them within the body. Creating space, using grounding techniques and knowledge from my KMRT certification, I help in sowing the seed of your ideas and desires, ensuring we work from that safe, strong & supported, rooted point.

Soulful strategy

Supporting others in finding their visual identity or perhaps re-establishing / directing it, within their creative projects and individual work, is one of my favourite aspects of what I offer through Inside Studio. Concept work and proposals was a strength of mine within agencies and I’ve carried it through to present day work. With a little twist.

Working on the digital development side of your business or project, I am on hand to support collaborators with content creation & direction.
